Scallop Season is Shut down for 2017 season. Please check in periodically for update FOR 2018 SEASON!
Florida scalloping is a great way to enjoy a day on the water during the brutal heat of the Florida summer Day. Enjoy a underwater easter egg hunt to pick some fresh delicious scallops right off of our Kayaks. Florida has some of the best recreational scalloping in the world. During scallop season in Florida, scallopers travel to places like Port St. Joe at St. Joe Bay and collect some of these amazing scallops to take home and cook while on vacation with the family. The Kayak Scalloping trips are most fun with family and friends. Kayak Scalloping trips are easy to learn and are very fun with little skill level. Leave it up to the guides here at KFD to put you on a bed of scallops and direct you on what to do to catch these puppies. It’s simple, enjoyed by people of all ages and is a great way to gather scallops.
This trip is approximately two hours east from our office.
4,6 and 8 hour trips are available for Kayak Scalloping.
